Signing in to AB

Why do I have to sign in to AB more than once. This happens frequently and really disuades me from posting answers sometimes. This is my only gripe about an otherwise good site.

It hasn't happened to me but mostly every time I answer a question my answer doesnt appear so I ahve to type it all over again. And my last question that I asked had 8 replies and ab ed took it off so I cant read 'em.

Cookies.....your browser is most likely not accepting the sites cookies to keep you signed in...no bad thing considering how much bleeedin' spying this place is riddled with.

I had a problem with my posts being rejected as obscene, took it up with mikewith, who reckoned it was just a gremlin...sounds like rebuild time tho'

I found I was unable to post a question - every time I pressed submit the box disappeared and nothing else happened. I found that the reason was Zone Alarm, my firewall program, was set to block all pop-up adverts. Unfortunately part of the Submit process on AB uses a pop-up box which was being inhibited. Setting Zone Alarm to allow all pop-ups cured the problem. (Reset it after submitting your question!)
