Finding the median

If 3 is the median n.o of bedrooms what is the greatest value of x

Not sure you would not be better off working out the answer yourself lofski but I make it that there can be up to 16 with 4 bedrooms - this brings the total number of houses to 33 and the median would therefore be the 17th number in the range, which is 3. Any more houses with 4 bedrooms and it would bring the median to more than 3.

I would have said, any, but that is because I hopelessly confused mode and median

( and whoops, any is wrong for mode too)
