how do I insert a web page hyperlink into a posting? thanks

You need to highlight the address in your browser and press CTRL+C (to copy) then press CTRL+V to paste it here.

Alternatively, you can just type it in but make sure you include the http:// at the front otherwise people won't be able to click on it.

eg. www.bbc.co.uk doesn't work but http://www.bbc.co.uk does.
