Incredimail problems!

Since renewing my PC (running on Windows XE), Incredimail will let me send outgoing e-mails, but I'm not receiving incoming ones. Incredimail XE keeps telling me my username & password are incorrect, although they're the same as on my old system - what's going on I wonder? Any suggestions pleez?

Incredimail is good fun smudge but is notorious for causing problems like crashes, bugs etc.- and is said to be loaded with spyware, which is why I removed it from my beloved 98SE machine. Here are a few comments about the XE:
