How do you put the names of other AB-ers into bold in answers and sft42 did something rwally ool with a whizzing number last week - in red! how does that work then? is is all java/html stuff or could simpleton like me do it?

It is html stuff which any simpleton can do - just put < B > before the bold bit and then < /B > after it (but without the spaces in between) so it should come out as

As said already it's HTML langauge and is easy to do once you get hang of the basics.....the thing is show a little control and restraint and not to overdo it with the stuff or else you get bits like this:

....however when using HTML for it's proper use and not just larking about it comes in handy to know how to insert buttons to link to other pages like this:

Though as you'll soon discover for some reason this site doesn't like a lot of the HTML commands and they fail quite a bit and leave your nicely sculpted answer looking like a dogs dinner......Oh well.
