Question 43 has been removed for the purpose of marking. I had an answer of COOKham. When nobody agreed I contacted a site that dealt with swan upping and they disputed my answer but could not give me an alternative. Whilst it was obvious why Dyer had been entered it was felt that it didn't fit the clue. Sorry
