I'm trying to find the particular artist singing "I'm Always Chasing Rainbows". This recording is perhaps out of the '40s, but WHO is the singer? Even though this sounds like a woman, I wouldn't be surprised if it was a male. Not Little Jimmy Scott, but similar in timbre. Give a lis to this one.
