I was involved in an RTA today, I came off a busy A road to turn around, as I was turning, a car came off the same A road and smashed into the driver side of my car, I was indicating all the way, there were no indications that the other driver was going to be leaving the A road, and I believe he was trying to overtake. Who is liable
I came of the main road to do a spin around on the minor road, The person who crashed into me also came off the main road onto the minor road from the opposite direction, he was not indicating his intention to do this. I was half way round my turn when he ploughed into the side of me.
Sorry but I think you may both be culpable. you for carrying out an unusual manouvre in a junction. Did you check your offside mirror before commencing your turn? the other guy carries a portion too to a certain extent. He would appear to have failed to ensure his way ahead is clear before turning right into the junction. But there again if he is not expecting you to make what can be termed an unusual manouvre. Bump for bump!!!!
