If the buzzing sound is when you try to turn the engine on the key, its because the battery is low and will not turn the starter motor. The buzzing sound is the relay for the starter. Charge the battery and re-try.

Disco Fever

It is either the car battery needs charging or the battery is knackered. Also check once you have sorted the problem to make sure the alternator is charging the battery as this could be why it is flat.
