electrical problems with 2003 renault clio

I own a 2003 renault clio 1.2 16v dynamique which is generally reliable but recently it has developed a couple of minor electrical faults. 1st when i apply the brake pedal the warning light for the rear fog light comes on but it is dim when lit and it is on only briefly ( the car is fitted with the auto light and auto wiper option if that is any help ) and 2nd the digital display for the climate control will not display the temprature even though the blower air con and heater works well.
