how do i download games onto psp? what software do i need?

are you on about illegal copies of comercial games, I am going to presume you are, first you will need your psp (but this is not yet available on psp 3 ) mod chipped - google for more details, this will enable you to play pirated games, as for download - you probably will be better served by the Bittorrent networks, you will need a software client on your pc, for example azureus, then you will need to find what you are looking for on a Bittorrent tracker site, try mininova .org;
You should now be able to connect and join a torrent, but make sure you follow the advice for setting upi or checking virtual ports on your adsl router after you have installed the client.
