Cement on car from building site
A Building is being erected next to my parking space (which I pay for) of 3 years, over the last couple of months ive had lots of splashes of cement spilled on the bodywork!! I went to see the Site manager and showed him the damage and he promised to get it removed (siad it comes off quite easily. after chasing him up twice I came home from work to find the cement removed but the car (a 3 yr old Jaguar) now has tiny scrath marks where the cement was! If the Site manager refuses to rectify the damage would it be worth my while taking the Building firm to court? (ive asked for a higher fence but been told no)

Like the others said,
Take photos, ask for a representative to come and view and get a quote from Jaguar for repairs to the paintwork. The company are liable for the damages under the tort of negligence.
If they refuse to acknowledge your complaint and try to fob you off, you could possibly issue the said builders with a small claims action for the damages. 9 times out of 10 they usually pay out before the case comes to court
