Got a new tv for Christmas. The only problem is when watching Sky the picture seems to ghost i.e. when watching close ups of peoples faces, the hair or cheeks etc seem to move independently. Called in the people where we got it from and typically it didn't happen while they were here! Anyone else had this trouble?

This used to be common in lcd tvs, when the technology was fairly new - and can still occur in low end tvs.

What make is it?
crapmemory. crap tv ?

It is a JCV tv. Not crap!
It sounds like motion blur, and every lcd tv could have the problem, the more high end ones it is less noticable, being a JVC i cant imagine it having motion blur, but its mostly noticable on cheap models

Thanks adam. At least I can tell the techies what it is called rather than try and describe it! Can it be corrected?
