Is online shopping at Christmas taking over?
Online sales over went up by 50% over the festive period compared with last year. Firms with both a high street and online presence profited most from this shift in shopping trends. Can you see yourself buying Christmas presents online rather than heading out to shops every year? Or is this increase a one off?

Of course people will continue to shop on the internet. In fact this form of shopping will become ever increasing popular as more and more people become accustomed to using computers.
It is as China Doll points out not every one enjoys the hustle and bustle of modern day shopping, plus prices for goods on the internet are much more favourable.
