Congestion charge to rise again. Is it worth all the hassle?

�25 is what people will have to pay for the privilege of driving into central London according to new proposals. The increase will hit drivers of 4x4s, sports cars and a number of family cars. Is this a step too far for congestion charging? Or is it worth it in the name of environmental protection?

personaly if he was on fire and i needed a wee i'd look for a w.c. !!!!
let's see if a year or so after he leaves office he doesn't manage to get a couple of very well paid directorships!!!
