reg 33 inspector

i am currently a deputy manager for a private residential care home for young people with emotional and behavioural problems and a history of abuse. i would like to become a reg 33 inspector or an ofsted inspector within thisd field. i would like to know how to get into this or if there are any jobs with training that would cover this. anyone got any information that would help me with this please??
