There are plenty of accident claims companies who offer 'no win, no fee' claims. But I've heard of a few that charge no fee, win or lose. So how do they make money if they don't charge?

The catch is that you have to buy insurance which would cost you around (guesstimate) 100 or 200. If they lose, they get paid by the insurance company. The risk for you is that they might encourage you to pursue a bad case, as it is you who pays the insurance, they get their money either way but if you lose you have paid the insurance for nothing.
