Losing audio on video downloads onto mobile phone.

I'm trying to download a video onto my mobile but everytime I try I'm getting the video but losing the audio. It works ok on the computer, its just when I move it to the phone that the audio goes. I've tried to do it by downloading as an MPEG onto the PC then converting it to 3gp, then onto phone with no joy and I've tried to download it straight to PC as a 3gp then onto phone, no good. As I say it works both ways on the PC but audio goes when its on the phone. Anyone know why this happens? By the way I did it with a different video, the conversion way, and it worked but just not with this one. Its called Ultimate Showdown on YouTube.
