scrubbing tyre

I have a series 2 Renault Scenic Reg 54.It has done
20 000 Miles.In the last few thousand miles since its first MOT it has scrubbed the outside edge of the rear nearside tyre. I have had the mechanics checked(bearing sub frame shocks) It has also been checked for alighnment and all of it is O K. The tyres are DUNLOP and have been on from new in the same position.Has any one experience this problem or have I just got one badly manufacture tyre.

i say cornering my dads espace done the same when i drove it for 6 weeks but when he drives it its fine cus i thought it was the car but turns out it was me being heavy footed
