hi,
I need to receive a fax or two, and want to give a phone number ( of sorts ). I am with yahoo, but cant find any mention of fax receiving etc. can anyone recommend a fax service. I don't mind paying for the service as long as I get a fax/phone number.
thanks,
alf.

Newsflash, just found this, looks good: http://www.ringcentral.bt.com/lp/email-fax.htm l?pid=GG_012308BT&ad=956615353&rckw=e+mail+to+ fax&rcmt=b

OR

eFax ( http://www.efax.co.uk/ ) were pretty much the first, and still appear to be the biggest global fax2email and vice versa provider, I used them back in 1998 and they were fine, although you do have to pay a fair bit for the service, that's up to you, and I personally hate facsimile it's so inefficient yet still used way too much so I would probbaly pay just to NOT have to use old-skool fax.

Also, google it: http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=fax+to+email
For receiving faxes we use gradwell.com http://www.gradwell.com/voip/fax/fax2email/ which costs us 3 per month.

For sending faxes, we use interfax, http://www.interfax.net/scripts/prices.asp?lan g=en which costs us 7p per page.

Have been using both the above for over a year now and happy with their services.
Try the services offered by Ringcentral. Their online faxing is very cost effective. visit www.internetfax101.com.
There are different packages offered by Popfax.com for all users. Besides this you can participate in it's summer contest. The winner will receive a Samsung Galaxy Tab device and a Popfax mug. More details about the contest you'll find here:
