To engage in defamation orally; spoken words that tend to damage someone else's reputation- If defamatory meaning is apparent on the face of the statement, it is said to be slanderous per se. If the defamatory meaning is not self-evident, but arises only from extrinsic facts, the statement is slanderous per quod. I dont expect your mind to be able to comprehend this expression of terms but you could have ' crack at it' as you would speak. i have evevidential support that both radio's in question are not stolen and are legal in both vechicals. If you continue to feel that we are thieves or that these items have been stolen then feel free to notify the proper autohorities. I do have one query as to why you are behaving in such as derogatory mannor towards me which is 'whats your problem' . also what evidence have you produced to say that one has been stolen. lucy6.
