You will have to give more detail. I answer a lot of computer related questions here but cannot understand what you are trying to ask.

Before asking any question put yourself in our position.

From what you have given there is no way anyone can provide an answer.

sorry but i went online as normal and xpantivirus popped up and wouldnt let me go any further so i saved it to my desktop because not sure about.i have norton antivurs which i have used for years and happy with.
Question Author
xpantvirus2008 is the actual name..
Totally irrelevant but I have been online for 10 years, use no anti virus software and have never had a virus.

Do I win 5 pounds? lol
Question Author
just very lucky i guess.i wouldnt want to risk it though.
My Dad had that the other day and I removed it from his computer. If you click on it you will find the prices are actually in dollars. If you click on the help button it will give you a list of faq's and there is a link to click on to download an uninstaller only takes seconds.

I wouldn't trust anything that comes as a popup like that.
My Dad has also had to have his whole computer wiped because he was unable to remove a popup telling him he had been infected by numerous viruses.

Anything that "pops up" is usually spam and should be closed immediately. Certainly don't save it.
