I watched that programme last night about the real cops , both in the US and UK, and I did wonder, how much harder would the cops job be if all hoodie druggie types started wearing a shirt and tie and a suit? They would virtually walk amongst us unnoticed.
I used to know of a drug dealer who lived in a church. And yer never got raided. But belive me the type of hoodies that beat innocent people up for kicks wuldnt really get away with it, would just be someone in suit beating someone up instead. And believe me not all druggies are hoodies, dealers have money
I do think that drugs and alcohol are the motivation as well as the cause of violence anc crime from the hoodie kids, and the police spend alot of time and resources stopping a nmd searching the usual suspects to find small quantities of class whatever stuff, you are probably the right, the real dealers at the top of the chain probably wear armani
but they wouldnt, any police that stops a hoodie just for what they are wearing would get done, obviously the way in which they are acting has more to do with it than their clothes
I wear hoods and I am no druggie or law breaker. So dont see whats laughable about it at all. And agree about Pete Doherty thats why he was used as my example
The police are entitled to stop who they want for whatever they want, regardless of whether they have a hoodie or not.
I don't have a problem with that. If the hoodies have a problem with that - tough!
