Panasonic Breadmaker
1 Answers
We have a panasonic breadmaker SD-255,everything is fine except when I bake bread using granary flour the bread looks like a big rockcake.
This has only just started after the first few attempts were perfect.
I have done everthing the same & cant understand why the results are different.Using white flour the bread is fine.
Any advice would be welcome.

I have this brilliant machine too and always have a peek at the dough during the mixing stage.... I poke my (clean) finger in and if it seems a bit dry, then I add more water; if it's too sticky, then I add more flour.
Have you used fresh yeast this time ? The stuff in the packets doesn't keep longer than a couple of days once opened.
