Is there a railcard for normal people?

I am a 35 year old male who intends to travel a lot by rail in the next year. I am told that you can buy a railcard for �24 which cuts a third of all rail fares including the cheaper advance ones. Upon researching this further I found the only people who qualified were those aged 16-25, over 60, the disabled, and those who travelled with kids. Is there not a railcard for normal single people aged 25-60? The relevant sites are below:

No there isn't.

Unless you travel solely off-peak in London and the South East in which case a network railcard might suit you. Still �20 by the look of it. The 'south east' is fairly liberally defined.
