Whats the best way to get those little dents on my door caused by other people opening ther car doors into mine.without having to go to a panel beater.

For a perfect job a panel beater is still the best bet. You can do a bodge job by taking the internal skin off the door and pushing the dents out from inside, but it will be hard to get optical flatness using this method. Sucker devices for pulling out dents do exist, but work best on large dents.
