has anyone got this camera ? ive got the pink but u can also get it in silver . when i take pictures it works fine but when i scroll though to see them i can see some then it will say file error and i dont know why ive lost so many of my neices prom and the new baby ??

You can buy a CD that retrieves your lost photos on the internet.I have one and it is very good. When you used the card first did you reformate it.? also the batteries may have gone too flat and you still took the photos.This is the reason you can get a file error. dont use the card again until you recovered the photos.

im confused ive just taken it bk to comet and they have sent it back but the ladysaid if it was the card it would say card error not file error ? what cd are u on about the one that comes with it ??

No it is a card reader you can buy to recover photos off of your card.
I was having the similar issue last time, accidentally deleted some photos and videos from my camera, and then memory card error happens and I thought all my files are gone. But actually all files are still recoverable. Take out the memory card from camera and then connect the memory card to computer using a card reader (either a usb card reader or card reader slot on your computer), you can then follow this step by step tutorial
