acer 9300 laptop

yesterday my laptop was doing windows updates when it finished it went into a screen called windows error recovery
whenever i switch on now it goes to this screen it gives me two options Launch start up repair which has a twenty second countdown and nothing happens or Start windows
normal neither takes me anywhere and i arrive back at the original windown error recovery screen please any advice appreceited. ta

same happened to me after latest update i just let it start it was ok it never happened again to mine
