V+ records tv; pauses and rewinds tv; no interference from weather or obstructions.

Fibre optic cable does have benefits compared with getting your TV from Sky via Satellite.
In the last few weeks, during this awful wet weather, I have ofen lost my Sky single and not been able to watch a program.
I have broadband via a Virgin fibre optic cable and it is excellent.
Broadband over a BT line does get worse the further you are from the telephone exchange. This is NOT the case over fibre optic and it does not matter how far you are from the exchange the signal stays the same strength.
