If someone plans to buy a house and they have just recently changed addresses on the voter's roll, will this affect their chance of getting a mortgage? For credit purposes, does it matter how long you have been on the voter's roll at your current address?

they will usually check your previous addresses to if youve moved within the last 3 years.
Is an address still a guiding factor when granting credit. Surely the person's record is more important than an address.
