i am with virgin media in outlook express i am being asked for my password i cant remember it and i dont want to pay them �1 a minute do you know of any other way i can retrieve my password

worked it out uninstalled blueyonder then put in a different password

Hey for future reference if you have a virgin landline then i think you can call them for free on 150 not sure if its still free as i havent rang them for while but im sure a google search will answer that one.
