help with trainers

wondering if any one has any suggestions i got a expensive pair of trainers a couple of months ago and cant wear them as the heel part is leather and rubbing my heels raw and blistering, they re not to tight or slack any ideas on this thanks

Or those 'magic' feet type things you can get from Scholl for wearing heels?

i am wearing socks and i v tryed the vaseline too thanks for your answers

paint the inside of the heel with the white of an egg and let it dry - you wont get the problem again
