Changing deed to married name

My partner and I both own our house, however the deeds are in my maiden name. We married two weeks ago, how would I go about changing them to my new, married name?

You need to send your mortgage company a copy of your marriage certificate because they have the deeds. At least that's what I did.

UNless of course you own your house - in which case you need to contact local land registry and send your marriage certificate off.
