Satellite TV transmitter

I am trying to set up a wireless tranmitter to get Sky upstairs - however at the moment it is picking up the built-in freeview channels and not Sky, even though it is connected directly to the Sky digi-box....

Am not very technically minded unfortunately - can anybody suggest what I'm doing wrong (in really simple terms please)

Wireless systems come in different configurations. Does your wireless system consist of a separate receiver that hooks directly to the set upstairs?

Is the set tuned to the correct channel for the wireless system?
