My Fire Alarm keeps going off. Obviously there is no fire and there is no carbon Monoxide problem so I do not know what is setting it off. i have changed the batteries and have reset it. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.

Ooooh, it's not often we get a genuinely "hot" man in here!
fire alarm or smoke alarm?
Get a hand held vacuum cleaner and give it a good clean, dust clogging the sensors can sometimes cause smoke alarms to go off when there is no smoke present.
take the battery out full stop....you dont need a smoke alarm....
Question Author
It's a smoke alarm.
yep agree with daffy then vacuum is best way, if that doesnt work get a new one, better to be safe than sorry. xx
thanks for reminding me i must buy a new smoke alarm mine got took down in the hall when i had work men here ..b& q here i come .!
It could be a little spider in it.

Is it a cheapie, or a fixed one?

If a cheapie, and vacuuming doesn't work, buy a new one.
Question Author
It is a fixed one and was fitted by the builders when the house was built. Will try the vacuuming and if that doesn't work will get a new one.
Thanks all !!!!
sleepy (and anyone else interested) you can call your local fire station and they will usually send some firemen (or women) around to check what you need and fit smoke alarms free of charge where needed.

red that sounds good to me .
