Anyone been to Cyprus in April/May?

Me and my friends are thinking of hiring a villa in Cyprus or mallorca or somewhere like that around April may but we want nice weather! Anyone know how hot it is around then? xx

Lived there for two years and the weather is good at that time of year - November to about mid-March is cool and prone to heavy rain at times but April and, certainly May, is fine

I think it will be alright. I once went to Cyprus in February and got the worse burnt I have ever been in my life and it was overcast! The temperature right now in Paphos is 18 degrees centigrade.

April will be a bit chilly. From mid May onwards the temp will be high teens/low twenties during the day, but it will be chilly at night.
One plus point for going at that time of year is that the flowers will be out.

Dont know why no.knowledge keeps on about the weather being bad. Just trying to live up to his name.
