what happens if you move the minute hands on a boiler time clock like this one accidentally?http://www.boilers2go.co.uk/webshop/products/t humb_altime.jpg? does it damage the clock in anyway?

the clocks are usually designed to turn in the one direction only so if you turned it the wrong way you could possibly damage the clock
