wow. I saw a program once and 4 guys used different methods and the only one that worked was cream! wierd huh! So I would use that. Or failing that get him on a trip to thailand and get it extended that way. its quite cheap over there.

3inches erect is satisfactory and he should not feel embarrassed.
He is clearly too embarrased to discuss this with his GP that is why he is on AB.....in my opinion quite understandable.

If you're serious about it then go to the GP, see what they say and ask for their opinion regarding a referral to a specialist Andrology department.

I think from the info you have given so far you would be much better off improving technique and finding positions and methods that are mutually satisfying.

There is absolutely no reason why you can't have a very good sex life with the equipment nature has handed out.

Nah, not really... If the problem is that you think it's too small or that you're not achieving climax then you need to experiment with different ways of doing things and/or boost his confidence.

If he is concerned about it then some form of psychosexual counselling (which you can have as a couple) may be benneficial or possibly even a vaccuum device might help. Again, this would be something your GP could advise on if appropriate and/or make a referral to an Andrology department who would also have access to these facilities.

It really depends how much of a problem it is for him.

I disagree.....you are too embarrased to talk to your GP, then providing you can sort the "wheat from the chaff" ABers, I feel that it is a good stage for discussion.

I presume the product you are referring to maybe a Penis Pump? If so, they work in the sense that they allow the penis to become more engorged with blood, therefore, making an erection appear bigger. However, this is not a permanant solution and the penis will return to it's original size, once the erection has subsided.

You would do better to spend the money on counselling, to help your husband accept that this is the size of his penis and there is nothing that can realistically done to make it bigger. He needs to build his confidence and self esteem as a lover and not believe his member is holding him back.

You could also help him, by making him feel that his size is not an issue. I noticed in one of your replies, that you referred to his 3 inch erection as "embarrassing". This attitude, jokingly or otherwise can only make him feel worse about himself.
