just finished and wondered, yes sad i know, if you have a system when you do your cleaning, like starting in the bedroom or the bathroom, do you do it all in one go?
i do it al in one day, a woman that i used to work with went home from work every day and cleaned a different room in the house, so was non stop cleaning
I do bathrooms and cloakrooms first and hall and stairs last - I never clean my whole house on the same day - not that I live in a mansion but don't feel or see the need.
Totally hit and miss. No routine whatsoever. When something looks like it needs cleaning, then I clean it. Sometimes I do clean a whole room. If someone calls when I am cleaning, then I leave it and don't go back to it afterwards. And if the sunshines then I go out in the garden without feeling guilty.
Loos and sinks get cleaned most days!
Have been known to clean the kitchen in the middle of the night.
I try to avoid cleaning as much as possible - so many books to read, so many friends to meet, so many pools to swim in (not at my house), so many pubs to go to...
I can only cope with about an hour's cleaning at any given time - i'm bored after that. And I hate doing toilets. I have no routine whatsoever - unless you count the routine of "oh sh1te, the BF's coming here for the weekend - better clean the kitchen & change the sheets".
