School name tags

I want to purchase a machine to create school name tags that you sew into the childrens clothing.

I will make them myself and any profits will go to towards the school funds.

Any ideas on how to go about this?

You would be looking for a complex and expensive piece of equipment. By supplying a single school with nametags you would never break even on the cost of the machine. These days they tend to be computer controlled. Most common source is China or Taiwan. Look up 'Jacquard Ribbon Loom' on Google.
