central heating boiler
I have a combi "SIME Friendly Format 100 E". central heating boiler.
It is going to need a new fan unit soon because the present one is noisy, I guess that will be expensive.
I am considering a new bioler instead of repair, because the SIME is not big enough, and it is very slow to get hot water to my kitchen sink
The pipe run is 12 Mtr long, it takes 40 Sec. and 5 Ltr of water before it's hot.
Can anyone recomend a new boiler to me please.
Thankyou.

to put it bluntly SIME boilers are pretty crap.
go for a worcester-bosch or a vaillant and you cant go wrong. buy the most powerful boiler you can afford if a good supply of hot water is important to you (id recommend an absolute minimum of 28kw) also look for one with a hot water pre-heat function, they cost more to run but your hot water will be instant.
