My neighbour is manufacturing bubble gum hash. I know this as he brings in his house the stuff to make it, the ice, etc. He did the same this time last year. And he has some mates helping him & they are discussing it. It's summer here, so all the windows & doors are open so you can't miss hearing them.
At least it's not a P. Lab, but what to do if anything?
