Help wanted replacing Ink cartridge
0 Answers
I have an epsom R360 photo printer ( a year old) and have replaced all cartridges for the first time recently apart from 1, which I finally decided to get round to last week.
But the printer keeps coming up with the message "doesnt recognise ink cartridge" despite being a genuine epsom one. Ironically, when I swopped and tried a new compatible one in case the epsom one was faulty, it did accept it and loaded up the ink but when doing the usual print nozzle sheet, I can barely get any ink lines at all other than the occasional feint dash, despite cleaning the heads umpteen times. Have no idea how to get the ink to start printing, Im just using up all my other cartridges at the min keep cleaning the heads which is having no effect at all. Cant get past installing the genuine epsom cartridge but can with the compatible but barely anything prints - its trying to but hardly anything there. Any ideas would be welcome.
