Anyone know this public information film?

Can't find reference to this one anywhere and need details. PIF usually shown on BBC1 about lunchtime before it shut down for the afternoon. Basically a warning not to overtake on blind areas of road, and was based around martians (they looked like the space suits worn in UFO)who 'abducted' (in a flash of light) cars that overtook on blind corners etc. Tell me I'm not going mad!
