Would you mind filling in my 30 sec questionnaire for my dissertation?

Hey guys,
I'm currently nearing the end of my final year at university and part of my overall assessment involves writing a 70 page research dissertation. I am responsible for conducting my own research which involves interviews, focus groups and an online questionnaire.
I'd be tremendously grateful if you guys would fill out my very short online questionnaire. It's confidential and you don't have to write anything, it's just a case of ticking boxes. It was desgined from a UK consumer standpoint, but shouldn't make much difference no matter which country you reside. There are only 10 questions and takes less than a minute to fill out but doing so would help me greatly!! Every answer makes a real difference and will help me to identify any trends.
This questionnaire is just one part of my research. The overall aim of my research project is to establish the effect of music in advertising, and how our musical preferences influence the products and brands we buy. If you have any questions/comments - feel free to post.

However, as a maths graduate (with a statistics specialism) I'd be amazed if you can get any valid correlations from the data. The questionnaire ignores those who, like me, would put 'World music' (or sub-categories, such as 'African rock' or 'Latin funk') as their preferred choice of music. It ignores users of the Linux operating system. It also makes no allowances for differences between 'choice' and 'pragmatism'. (e.g. I prefer to shop at Asda but I actually use Tesco more often, simply because the store is closer to me).

I'm a bit concerned that this is a query to gather saleable marketing data, and not a well-researched one at that. In an obvious demographis such as AB, there is no acknowledgement that multiple music genres may be preferred; or that we may clothes-shop at independent retailers, or ASOS. I can't see a dissertation tutor allowing this questionnaire through.
Plus it is an odd time of year to be gathering this data - unless - heaven forfend! - this should have been framed, approved and surveyed before Christmas?
Am I right, or am I right?
