Problem with above Printer - i.e. not printing

Sometimes there is a message saying
' communication error ' .
At other times no response at all when you try to print .

Any suggestions ?

These printers are cheap, but don't last very long.

download it from above link and use the tools to reset and fix your printer ie clean the waste ink counters etc

it should sort it all out and then it will work ok

first, try a new cable. Sometimes this is all that is wrong.
then, uninstall then reinstall the driver and software.

you could also try it on another PC, to see if the pritner really is at fault.
