How it works - not?

Did my question go through about "Content Advisor" not allowing me to see a web page because it had not been rated? It even came up when I want to post a question.

I assume that you're using Internet Explorer.

Solution 1:
Turn off Content Advisor

Thank you to Chris for his 2 solutions. Yes, using IE. As a 79yr old I find any change very difficult to manage. I followed Sol. 1 it was already showing enable, however went through process and eventually got to disable and then proceeded as instructed. Hopefully all is now OK.
