Cotswold type colour paint for exterior windows

I have a cottage and am looking to repaint the outside of my windows and I see many people are going back to the 'period' style cotwold colour beiges with their front doors the same too. Please can anyone recommend a colour before I spend fortunes on tester pots!! Thank you ;0)

Why not grab a handful of those Dulux colour slips that bigger DIY stores have, then find a match for the colour on the doors and windows you like best.
Farrow and Ball, I think that's the name, have some wonderful colours. Homebase sell it. There's a very good muddy green colour.
