how can i make a silencer with all the things i may find from inside the house and outside the house?

thankfully you almost certainly wouldn't be able to.  Even if you could it would be nowhere near as quiet as I'm sure you would like.

Take note especially of the paragraph that says:

We might add that unregistered silencers are also illegal, even if they are relatively ineffective homemade creations.
