Are you happy with the name your parents give you or would you like to change it! I worked in the public sector and have came across, brother and sister Lavender and Lyle , Shalako,{parents fans} of the movie! I do like Lavender for the beautiful aroma, soap, etc!

Am now, but that's only because I changed it by deed poll, lol. I hated my given name to the point that I even disliked people calling it me, so eventually I thought "sod this" and legally changed it.

I am very happy with my name, it is unique and that was my fathers greatest wish.

I am! Especially as the only name my parents had for me when I was born was James. They were convinced I was a boy!

I was going to be called Cynthia as my Mum's Dad had chosen it, luckily I was named for my Dad's Aunt, phew!!!!!!!

I use my middle name and always have done. My Dad named me Christine Janet but Mum didn't like it so always called me Janet, but I prefer Jan.
